For more than 15 years, Paula has been at the forefront of the well-being conversation in the legal profession. She is a trusted advisor and educator for lawyers and legal professionals in firms of all sizes, corporate legal departments, government legal departments, and in the judiciary. She recently completed a groundbreaking study with ALM to better understand the effects of burnout for lawyers and legal professionals, and she co-teaches a first-of-its-kind certificate course to educate lawyers and legal professionals about building engaged cultures.
She offers a variety of programs to help individuals, leaders, teams, and these programs can be delivered virtually, in-person, or using a combination of both approaches.
Many of her programs are supported by skills and frameworks from the Penn Resilience Program, the methodology and research in her first book, Beating Burnout at Work, and the mindsets created for her second book, Lead Well. Some clients want to start with a shorter program to introduce a topic, while many clients have discovered that one hour isn’t nearly enough time to achieve their well-being goals.
