Results
A multi-part engagement combined quantitative assessment with leadership alignment and team-wide learning. Two burnout assessments were administered and synthesized, providing a clear picture of risk areas and strengths.

Findings and recommendations were reviewed with senior leadership, followed by a virtual program for the litigation team focused on psychological safety and burnout prevention—creating a shared foundation and actionable path forward.
