The Power of Authenticity

Let go of how others see you. 2.         Be honest and open, most importantly with yourself. 3.         Develop and express your individuality. 4.         Define yourself on your own terms. 5.         Learn to play like a kid. While it takes a lot of thought, and even more practice, there is great personal reward in embracing your true self.  So put on your electric blue outfit and go for a run, sing your heart out for your neighbors, and strap on those roller skates.  You won’t know what freedom can be found through your own authenticity until you take that first step.              ]]>
